Clandestine is a 2-player or singleplayer stealth/hacking game set in 1996. Asymmetrical co-op allows one player to take the role of the spy while a friend provides overwatch and assistance as the hacker, and unravel a post-Cold War espionage conspiracy.




As a level designer on Clandestine I was fully responsible for creating two of the campaign missions. The first mission also doubled as the tutorial where I had to teach the players to play as both the 3rd person spy role as well as the hacker and his interface. Both campaign missions were designed to work in both co-op and singleplayer.

My work on these levels involved documentation, paper layouts, white boxing, art and light passes, setting up gameplay, optimization, balancing and bug fixing. In addition to this I also contributed to the remaining levels in the game with gameplay and balance tweaking as well as bug fixing and optimization.
